Getting a renovation quoted means three contractors visiting your house over two weeks, and then three numbers you have no way to compare. You can't tell which one is fair, which one is scoped differently, or what you're actually going to end up with.
A photo and a sentence go in. The system classifies the work against a catalogue of renovation types, asks follow-ups where the photo is ambiguous, generates an 'after' render, and prices it line by line against a regional labour and material index built into ModelQuoter's pricing engine.
The failure mode worth engineering against is that a model will happily render work nobody asked for, and an itemized estimate makes that expensive rather than merely wrong. So the render is diffed against the original photo to isolate what changed, and only changes that trace back to requested scope get priced.
